There are two types of operations within our delivery service:
Hub-based cities
The Hub is a place where we store and maintain all equipment. It is also the place where Courier Coordinators make sure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
If you work in a Hub-based city, you need to be there 15 minutes before your shift to pick up your equipment (vehicle/bag). You also need to return all equipment to the Hub at the end of your shift. You should bring your uniform and helmet that were allocated to you when you started your journey with us and keep these at home when not working.
If that includes your city, you will follow the same procedures and have the same contact points as the cities with a Hub.
Remote cities
There is a specific location where you can meet up with other couriers or Courier Coordinators.
Hybrid cities
Part of couriers starts shifts from hub and other part starts from staring zones.
