Calling in sick

If you need to call in sick, please follow these steps below:

Please raise a Contact Form via your Scoober App a minimum of (no less than two hours) and provide a valid reason for your absence.

You will also need to notify your agency as it is important that both parties are informed.

Please be aware that if your sickness extends for more than 7 days you are required to provide your agency with your doctor’s note or sick note as proof which they require for their records and we will update your record accordingly.
