Once your schedule has been published, it’s no longer possible to cancel a shift. You can only cancel when you are sick. This has to be done before your shift starts and we ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can find someone to cover your shift if needed.
If you need to call in sick on the day of your shift, please contact your Courier Coordinator by calling your hub phone number.
Keep in mind that the operational planning of a city is scheduled based on the shifts that are published in Shift Planning. Please be mindful when cancelling shifts.
