Changing or updating your availability

In “Shift planning” in the Scoober app, you can see an overview of the shifts you’re scheduled to work. To amend your schedule, select the shift you would like to change, then click the three dots next to it. Select “Update” and you’ll be able to make the change.

Important!

You can only update your shifts for the following week, and any updates must be done before Tuesday at 23:59.

If you need to change an upcoming shift (less than seven days away), reach out to your Courier Coordinator via email or contact form in your app.
