Some customers may be able to order alcohol along with their food order. If this is the case then it is your responsibility to challenge 25.
This means that you must check and ask for a valid ID if they look under 25 to ensure that alcohol is not been sold and served to someone who is legally underage.
Customers will be notified via the app that their ID may be requested upon delivery and therefore it should not come as a surprise to them.
