Your username is your email address and you will need to create a password after logging in for the first time.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot password” button under the login button. In case it doesn’t work, you can contact your Courier Coordinator or local contact person and they can help you reset it.
Reporting issues with the app when you are not on shift
If you are experiencing issues within the app not on the day of work please send us details as we are keen to resolve these.
