Open Shifts

What is an Open Shift?
Whenever we have increased demand for a specific period we create open shifts. Unlike your normal shift it is not assigned to a specific courier. It gives you control whenever you want to work adidtional hours. This is the only way to request extra shifts.

When can I take an Open Shift?
Whenever you are available and want to work, you can take an open shift. Please make sure you allow 11 hour rest time between shifts and you fall within your contract limits. Once you take an open shift you must complete the entire shift.

How do I accept an Open Shift?
To check the available open shifts, visit the “Shift planning” section of the app. Open shifts are shown in purple and you will see different options available for each day of the week. Once you click on the plus sign next to the open shift you will confirm your selection.

You are allowed to do this at any time as long as you work within your contract frame or legal requirements.
