Overtime payment

If you have to work more than your scheduled shift hours and are a Hub based courier, please let a Courier Coordinator at the Hub know so that they can amend your shift on the system to ensure you will be paid for the extra time. If you do not let a Courier Coordinator know, then your additional hours may not be recorded. You will need to do this before you leave the Hub for the day so that they can log this correctly. If you forget to inform staff at the Hub please submit a ticket explaining this with accompanying evidence and screenshots of your final order and conversation with Live Operation Team.

If you have an appointment and cannot work any longer than the allocated shift time, please inform a Courier Coordinator at the Hub in advance so that they can amend your shift.

If you are a Remote courier, you will need to inform the Hub by raising a contact form and you will need to send us a screenshot of the location of your last order and end time from your Scoober App, so that we can update your record accordingly.

Once your shift has ended, make sure to turn off the “Currently working” button (iOS) or “Play” button (Android) in the Scoober app.
