Shift Planning in the Scoober app

    Adding availabilities

This is where you inform us of when you want to work and where you can see the shifts that you have been assigned. You can select the specific week you would like to view.

Availability must be given by 23:59 every Tuesday, and schedules are set by the planning team and published at the latest, on a Friday for the following week.

Please be aware that you can edit and delete your availabilities before the deadline at 23.59pm on a Tuesday for the following week’s schedule. Once this deadline has passed, you will be unable to remove your availability from the Scoober App and you will need to raise a contact form from the App so that we can update your record accordingly.

The published shifts are shown in this section of the app and via email.

If you have missed the deadline for submitting your availability by the Tuesday, please submit your availability for the following week and keep a lookout for Open shifts via the Scoober App.

    Open shifts

Open shifts are additional shifts that are available for couriers to book on a first come, first serve basis due to a higher demand for couriers in accordance with business needs.

You can pick up Open shifts as long as you are working within the limits of your employment contract. Please be aware that it’s your responsibility to know the limits of your employment contract and we advise that you speak to your agency directly if you need any support with understanding what these are.

Please do not book or accept Open shifts if you are unable to work them as these are additional shifts which are offered due to business needs being higher at those times and you are expected to commit to working an Open shift if you have scheduled one to work.

Couriers who do not submit their availability are tracked by their agency and if availability is not submitted 4 times in a row, without a valid reason your contract will be terminated.
