Who is part of the Scoober team?

Many different people help our delivery operations run smoothly. Here’s a handy guide to who they are:

1. Live Operations Agent

 


Live Operation Agents are located at our office. They supervise the orders we receive and react if any issues arise.

For example, if you have a flat tyre, they will help you out and redistribute your orders. They will also be there to support you if you have any problems during the delivery.

So, when should you contact them?

The Live Operation Agent has to be informed of any issue that may occur during the delivery. For example, if your mobile battery is low, if there are major delays or waiting times at the restaurants, damaged products, customer complaints or accidents.

Typically, you will contact Live Operation Agents via the chat in the Scoober app. If there is any serious emergency, you can call them via the “Call Disposition” function in the Scoober app after calling the local emergency services.


2. City Operations Manager

Note: only at cities with a Hub

City Operations Managers ensure that all delivery-related operations in a city run smoothly. They also make sure that our relationships with restaurants are positive.

3. Courier Coordinators 

Note: only at cities with a Hub.

Courier Coordinators take care of our couriers and are your first point of contact if you have questions. They also keep the Hub in good condition and make sure that all equipment is prepared before you go into the city to deliver orders.

Besides regular Courier Coordinator tasks, a Senior Courier Coordinator provides a higher level of support to the City Operations Manager, liaises with restaurant owners, handles complaints, motivates all employees, and more.

4. City area manager
